Nurse with resident of long-term care

We provide a range of residential and day services, which are mainly provided to seniors and older adults with disabilities. We support individuals’ choices, wellness and independence.

Our goal is to deliver quality, holistic, and person-centered care to meet the needs of our residents and their families. Our team is comprised of an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nursing staff, allied health staff and managers who work collaboratively to achieve this goal.

In keeping with the Eastern Health Statement of Rights and Responsibilities for clients, patients, and residents, we aim to deliver care with dignity, respect and courtesy. We are also committed to providing safe resident care.
