Our long-term care team is committed to delivering quality, holistic, and person-centred care to meet the needs of our residents and their families.
Over 2,400 dedicated staff members work together throughout the region to offer services to assist with providing you with optimal quality of life and care needs.
An interdisciplinary care team is involved in resident care. The interdisciplinary care team consists of all the health providers involved in your, or your loved one’s, care while at the long-term care facility or site. The health providers listed below may be part of your care team.
